Zelenskyy declares in a video speech that Russia's new onslaught must fail.

Zelenskyy declared in his nightly video address that Russia is about to undertake a significant offensive.
In an effort to change the course of the battle and at the very least postpone their loss, Zelenskyy stated, "We have no doubt that the current rulers of Russia will throw everything they have left and everyone they can gather."
"We must interfere with this Russian scenario. We are getting ready for this. Terrorists must fall short. Any effort at their new onslaught must be unsuccessful," he added
Zelenskyy reaffirmed Ukrainian claims that a full-scale mobilization is being planned by Moscow, despite Russian officials' denials that this is currently being thought about.
According to the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in the last 24 hours, Russia has attacked the infrastructure of three cities—Kramatorsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson—with seven missile strikes, 18 air raids, and more than 85 attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems.
The statement read, "Civilian casualties have occurred." Russian officials deny targeting civilians.
Reuters was unable to independently verify the battlefield report.
