Which teams have reached the FIFA World Cup 2022-Qatar quarter-finals?

The 2022 FIFA World Cup is an international football tournament contested by the men's national teams of FIFA's member associations.
The 22nd FIFA World Cup is taking place in Qatar from 20 November to 18 December 2022; it is the first World Cup to be held in the Arab world and Muslim world, and the second held entirely in Asia after the 2002 tournament in South Korea and Japan.
France are the defending champions, having defeated Croatia 4–2 in the 2018 final. At an estimated cost of over $220 billion, it is the most expensive World Cup ever held.

Following a series of dramatic round-of-16 games in Qatar, eight teams have secured their spots in the quarterfinals

Argentina's victory over Australia in the Round of 16 was made possible by their top player Lionel Messi and a mistake by goalkeeper Mat Ryan.
Despite the raucous celebrations at the finish, the Socceroos' performance left Argentina's supporters anxious going into a match against a more formidable opponent.
In the quarterfinals, Argentina will play the Netherlands, a squad that entered the competition on a winning streak and has not yet suffered a loss. Argentina dropped the first match they played, but won the following three.
