I have decided to put an end to my international career. The succession is ready. I will miss you." The 31-year-old Real Madrid forward has 126 international caps, scoring 31 goals.

Belgium star Eden Hazard has retired from international football aged 31 after his national team flopped in the 2022 World Cup by going out in the group stage.

He is a Belgian professional footballer who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder for La Liga club Real Madrid and captains the Belgium national team.
