In the UK, actor Kevin Spacey enters a not-guilty plea.

ENGLAND — Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey was informed that he would go on trial in 2019 after entering a not guilty plea on Thursday to accusations of sexually abusing three men over a decade ago.

At a hearing at London's Central Criminal Court, also known as the Old Bailey, Spacey, 62, answered "not guilty" to each of the five accusations while standing in the dock and speaking clearly.
When each accusation was read to him at London's Old Bailey central criminal court, the 62-year-old American actor and producer, whose name was provided as Kevin Spacey Fowler, clearly replied, "not guilty."
He sat motionless in the dock during the 20-minute hearing while a trial date of June 6 of the next year was decided. He was dressed in glasses and a light blue suit.
But in 2017, actor Anthony Rapp accused the celebrity of attacking him at a party in the 1980s while Rapp was a teenager, bringing an abrupt end to his illustrious career. Spacey disputes the charges.
Rapp has filed a separate civil sex assault claim against Spacey in a New York federal court.
