Human rights commissioners from Russia and Ukraine will talk about prisoner swaps.

According to news outlets from both countries, the Russian and Ukrainian human rights commissioners will meet in Turkey later this week to presumably discuss additional prisoner exchanges.
Tatiana Moskalkova, the Russian commissioner, was quoted by Interfax as saying that the meeting with Dmytro Lubinets, her counterpart from Ukraine, will take place between Thursday and Saturday during an international summit in Turkey.
According to Lubinets, the primary concern was "the return of our heroes and heroines," a reference to prisoner exchanges, according to the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform.
Since the start of the conflict in February of last year, Russia and Ukraine have exchanged several prisoners.
Separately, we want to bring up the subject of the release of civilian hostages who have been held by the Russian Federation in large numbers in the temporarily seized regions of Ukraine and who are not being allowed to return home, according to Lubinets.
