Drone attacks in Russia increase concerns about the "depth" of the conflict

A day after similar strikes on air bases in the Ryazan and Saratov districts resulted in the deaths of three Russian military personnel, Russia claims to have thwarted a drone attack at an air facility in the Kursk region.
Questions about the "depth" of the conflict have been raised by Monday's drone attacks on airbases in Russia, particularly one in the Ryazan region, which is only 150 km from Moscow.
The attacks, which also damaged a base in the Saratov region and resulted in the deaths of three military men, have not yet been acknowledged by Ukraine as being their work, but if they were, they would be the farthest strike into Russian territory since Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24.

There are questions over if this is the only response, or if there will be another kind of retaliation in a different way
