According to official figures, '76%' of foreign businesses are still operating in Russia.

According to the leader of Russia's lower legislative house, over 76% of foreign businesses are still active there.
According to State Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin on Telegram, "75.9% of foreign enterprises stayed in Russia" despite the departure of dozens of foreign businesses due to the conflict in Ukraine.
"This choice speaks volumes: They have confidence in the prospects for the growth of the economy in our nation and are pleased with the business environment. "Those who departed incur costs in the billions of dollars," stated Volodin.
The senior legislator went on to say that Russian firms filled market gaps left vacant by foreign firms and urged them to be "nationally oriented" so that their profits would go toward the advancement of Russia, highlighting the State Duma's aim of providing legal backing for such goals.
